By downloading, installing, or using PokerRTA software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the software.
PokerRTA provides real-time poker strategy analysis software that delivers GTO recommendations, opponent profiling, and hand analysis tools. The software is provided for informational and educational purposes.
By using PokerRTA, you acknowledge and agree that:
PokerRTA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is contingent on your compliance with these Terms. The license is revoked immediately upon violation of any provision.
PokerRTA operates on a fuel-based pricing model. Fuel tokens are purchased in advance and consumed per hand played. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless the software fails to function as described. Fuel tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value.
PokerRTA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will improve your poker results, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with all poker platforms at all times. Platform updates may temporarily affect software compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerRTA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to financial losses at the poker table, account bans on poker platforms, or loss of data.
All intellectual property rights in the PokerRTA software, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PokerRTA. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PokerRTA at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases immediately. Unused fuel tokens are non-refundable upon termination for breach of Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active users of significant changes via Telegram.
